Bike rental questions
What do I need to bring?+
Bring a passport or ID and a bank card for the security deposit. The rental agreement is completed before handover.
How long is one rental day?+
A standard day rental runs during shop hours, normally from 10:00 until 18:00.
Can I rent for a week?+
Yes. Weekly rates are available for city bikes, electric city bikes and e-MTBs.
How far will an electric bike go?+
Range depends on rider weight, assistance level, wind, temperature and climbing. Send your planned route and we will give you a realistic recommendation.
Can you deliver to my villa or campsite?+
Delivery depends on the location and our schedule. Send the address, dates, number of bikes and rider heights so we can check it.
